At 6PM, Metrofit is good time for whom need to have a sprt time in calm . After 7:30pm, the more trainer and more bodies will be here 

Today, regard to suggest from one of my friend, we have plan to go GYM inside Al Ghurair center, Metrofit GYM saloon I hope a good sport time ... I will update this post by photo and video of it and share my experience with you soon here  A treadmill with full application display and many luxury and modern body building devices
